Iga Swiatek Dominates Stuttgart Open to Prove She’s the Best – Polish tennis player and world No.1, Iga Swiatek, cemented her status as a French Open favourite by defeating world No. 2 Aryna Sabalenka 6-3, 6-4 in the Stuttgart Open final on Sunday. The victory marks Swiatek’s second title of the year and a clear message to her competitors that she is the best.

The match started with both players trading powerful baseline blows, but Swiatek was able to earn a crucial break point at 4-3. She capitalized on it by hitting a superb forehand down the line, going up 5-3, and easily held serve to win the first set on her second set point.

Swiatek, who was recently sidelined with a rib injury, broke Sabalenka again in the first game of the second set. The Belarusian struggled with unforced errors and her serve, allowing Swiatek to hold on to her lead.
